Kumho Tyres Promotion – Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter

The promotion is organised and operated by Tyre Spot (“Tyre Spot”).

  1. Promotion Period

The Kumho Tyres Promotion (“Promotion”) will run from:

  • 1 June 2026 to 31 July 2026

The Promotion is available at participating Tyre Spot branches and on qualifying online orders processed during the promotional period.

  1. Eligibility
  • The Promotion is open to retail customers purchasing Kumho tyres during the promotional period.
  • Trade, fleet, wholesale and account customers are excluded unless otherwise agreed in writing by Tyre Spot.
  • Participants must be aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees of Tyre Spot, Kumho Tyres, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the prize draw.
  1. Discount Offer

Customers purchasing Kumho tyres during the Promotion Period will receive:

  • 10% discount when purchasing 2 Kumho tyres
  • 20% discount when purchasing 4 Kumho tyres

The discount:

  • Applies only to qualifying Kumho tyre purchases
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless stated otherwise by Tyre Spot
  1. Online Orders
  • No promotional code is required for online purchases.
  • Promotional discounts will be applied manually by Tyre Spot when the order is processed.
  • Tyre Spot reserves the right to cancel or amend orders where pricing errors or technical issues occur.
  1. Prize Draw Entry
  • Every qualifying purchase of Kumho tyres during the Promotion Period will receive one entry into the relevant monthly prize draw.
  • Entry is limited to one entry per invoice.
  • Customers must provide a valid email address at the time of purchase to qualify for entry.
  • Purchases made in June 2026 will be entered into the June prize draw only.
  • Purchases made in July 2026 will be entered into the July prize draw only.
  1. Prize Details
  • There will be two separate prize draws:
    • One draw at the end of June 2026
    • One draw at the end of July 2026
  • Each winner will receive one pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses.
  • Winners may choose either:
    • Men’s sunglasses, or
    • Women’s sunglasses
  • Winners will not be able to select a specific style, frame, colour, lens type or model.
  • Prize selection and availability remain at the sole discretion of Tyre Spot.
  • No cash alternative or substitute prize will be offered.
  • Tyre Spot reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.
  1. Winner Selection & Notification
  • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the applicable monthly promotional period.
  • Winners will be notified via the email address supplied at the time of purchase.
  • It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure their contact details are accurate and up to date.
  • If a winner notification email cannot be delivered, Tyre Spot reserves the right to redraw the prize.
  • If a selected winner does not respond within 7 days of the initial notification, a second and final notification may be issued.
  • If there is no response within 7 days of the second notification, the prize will be forfeited and another winner may be selected at random.
  1. Brand Disclaimer
  • This Promotion is operated solely by Tyre Spot in conjunction with Kumho Tyres.
  • Ray-Ban and its associated companies are not sponsors of, participants in, or affiliated with this Promotion in any way.
  • All trademarks, product names and brand names remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
  1. General Conditions
  • By participating in the Promotion, customers agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  • Tyre Spot reserves the right to verify eligibility and to refuse entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
  • Tyre Spot reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Promotion at any time without prior notice where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • Tyre Spot’s decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion shall be final and binding.
  • Tyre Spot accepts no responsibility for:
    • incomplete or delayed entries,
    • technical failures,
    • incorrect contact details supplied by participants,
    • or any loss arising from participation in the Promotion.
  1. Data Protection
  • Customer data will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and Tyre Spot’s privacy policy.
  1. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Scotland, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
